hope everyone is happy prefusing.

Bjoern revealed recently a way of customizing the ForceDirectedLayout on an individual item basis to me/us.

The demo attached to this thread is the result of trying to apply the new insight. Bjoern's tip opens a whole bunch of possibilities, here we

• associate node items with different types
• choose a shorter spring length for edges connecting nodes of the same type
