Navigation Rectangle

Hi all,
i hope everything is fine, and wish u all great week
i need to make ,my flare graphs, a Navigation Border on top
can any1 advice me how can i draw a blue rectangle like the one in the attached file.
having problems to set a good control point in order to make the curve correctly
any idea will be more then welcome

I would get a hold of Flex 4 Gumbo and us the new drawing and skinning or use degrafa. Either way just create a canvas based component draw your graphics in it. Then just put that as the bottom layer to your project or top layer depending on which you want on top at all times. Read up on DisplayObject and DisplayList.
