34all provides a threefold view on networks and is applicable for all kinds of interrelated data.

Despite the name, I think I like 34all. Where can I get the source code?

The core of the 34all framework will most likely not become open source. Users who have technical questions about its implementation are welcome to contact me. Please check the demos included in the download of the prefuse toolkit to get a general idea about how to use it - its worth. 34all's usage of prefuse is pretty straight forward and doesn't entail any advanced prefuse techniques. More specific usage of prefuse can be found in the open source project zone manager.
