The profusians package is structured in the same manner as the prefuse toolkit. So nothing new to talk about, just download this version of profusians and follow the same procedure you went through to get prefuse running on your system.

Most of the demos depend on graphs defined in graphml files, which are located in the ./data subdirectory. The demos refer to these files in a relative manner. Please make either sure that your IDE is set up accordingly for the profusians demo package or change the paths in the demos according to your preferences (don't miss also the references to the zonexml files for the zonemanger toolkit demos).
